This was taken at the top end of my zoom hence the noise, I know it is over exposed as well but I really like this shot. I want to know from all the Guru's out there if there is any way of rescuing a pic like this?

OK that was a bit abrupt. You might try a few effects in Photoshop, turn it into a 'drawing', there are a few filters you might try, perhaps some of the paint or charcoal effects. 'Find edges' is quite useful too.
