The red buoy and the rocky shapes on the beach are quite appealing.

Nice outlook, but a bigger DoF might have been better to keep the bouy in focus too. A touch of colour correct seems in order to bring out the blue/green.

For me, the appeal of the photo is the narrow DoF and that the buoy isn't in focus.
