Well, IF I had to pick just one cuisine...Indian is definitely my favourite food. Especially, southern India, as I am a lifelong vegetarian.

However, with regard to your photo/s here...I'm kinda confused as to why they are always never sharp. Maybe it's your camera/lens, as it's consistant.

Or perhaps it's you Nah!

I would look into this issue and try to correct it., as you have so many amazing things to photograph in your wonderfully exotic country.
