This is probably my favorite of the three, but there are two things that stand out to me on all three of your pictures. One, none of them are completely in focus on anything. A couple of them get close, but they just aren't sharp anywhere in the frame, that I can see. This is even more noticable when looking at the picture at 100% (which by the way, you should try to keep the longest side of the frame under 1500 pixels when posting here). The other is there is a considerable amount of noise in all three of them.


There's some people here who could probably give you some advice on how to reduce these two things. I know very little about this type of photography, but if I had to guess, you were handholding and either had the camera on an automatic 'macro' or closeup mode, or had the ISO bumped way up to compensate for the lack of light.


I think that all three of these have pretty good composition, and I think that they are interesting and abstract.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
