The first cloudy day in almost 2 months. So I was able to take a few flower pics. This Echinacea is a large bloom, almost 6 inches across...so at this angle I went for a central focus.

I was looking down through the random images list, and I ran across this one. I can never get mine to look this good. For an outdoor shot, this is really nice. Great job Wink

Thanks Beth, glad you like it.
All you need to take good shots is a decent lens, a tripod, shutter release, and some patience.

Yep, I know. I don't have a shutter release, but I can use the self-timer if I want.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
