Hi Derek! This is a nice pensive shot of your daughter - like the black and white and the little touch of colour in the flower in her hair adds more interest. Lovely shot Smile

Cheers yvonne, I decided to turn this one into black and white as the quality of the shot in colour was not very good. I liked the pose captured as normaly with a fourteen year old as soon as they see a camera come out all you get is, " Oh my hair is not done and need to do my face" ! Then when all is done hours later you get the silly pouting look that they think is realy cool, totally forced, you know what I mean. A natural shot is rear so could not waste it! lol.

Yeah, her expression says "Dad, do you really have to take a picture of me...I've got better things to do?"

I guess the only negative point is that the background isn't consistant - that stuff behind her, by her hair, is a little visually distracting.

Ja kev I agree with u. If I decided to use this shot I think a little more work in PS is needed. I might try and blur out the background or use another, will give it some thought.

The color to the fake flower in the hair makes the photo something more than just a pose , excellent
