I prefer this image of the three...because of the colour and general composition.
I can tell this shot was hand-held....coz it's really not sharp enough. With that D300S you can obtain stellar pics, so for anything still-life static (ie: flowers) I recommend using a tripod...which will give you a considerably clearer result, plus allow you a lot more options f/stop wise.
