This shot reminds me of my younger days...simply because I used to shoot this effect a lot...ie: closeup flora as a foreground framing to a landscape. Plus, I lived right next to Leeds Castle (Kent) so I took many a pic that resembled this one.


I guess those hydro pylons on the ridge should be cloned out...unless you actually want them to be a thought provoking interest (?)


Overall, the image tooks a 'little' darkish at my end...might want to lighten it up a smidge.

The castle looks very nice but foreground branches are very distractive according to me. I prefer to have a clear view to this pretty castle. Smile

thanks lads.....
kev, i debated with myself as to whether to take out the wind turbines, but they were there when i took the shot and i was aware of them so i left them in.
kd, there are lots of shots of this landmark in the brochures, so i just wanted to do something different and use the foliage as a natural framing.

Good reason wolf, but I have never seen them, so accept my apologizes, please. Tell me something more about this castle, please. Where it is, who had belonged to, why it's been built etc...
