Another great shot Honez. The HDR works well on old cars like this.
Pity we dont have many shows like that in Scotland.

Thanks richingr, except this isn't HDR.
This is a "normal" low dynamic range single 30 second exposure.
I lowered to ISO to 50 and closed the aperture to f16 to stretch out the exposure time to get rid of people milling about in the background. Still some ghosts there, so maybe not quite far enough.

Yeah, really nice 'hot rod' image as per usual...brother Honez.
The only downside is that on this size of web photo...we can't really see any difference in your recent upgrade to FF.

Kev, I've re-uploaded the same image, but higher-res in-place, but the JPEG conversion and resizing looks to have affected it slightly.
The major difference is that this is a single image shot, so I didn't need to resort to a multi-image stack to get the dynamic range I wanted. Admittedly, I've blown the highlight detail with such a long exposure and wasn't able to ACR recover as much as I'd liked.
In a more controlled environment where I could use a "normal" exposure rather than dragging it out to blur the people in the background, the FF sensor would do an outstanding job on a subject like this.
If it wasn't for all those enthusiasts milling about (like me) then I'd be happy. ;-)
Here's a 100% crop for the radiator and headlight -- although this has been converted to JPEG too.

Can't you just say something like:
"Come look you Blodwyn...I'm the boyo from Wales ya know...now cachua bant" 
That should get 'em to bugger off.
The detail (even via the jpeg) looks nice and clean, etc...I gather the RAW file is even better compared to the DX file version?

Honez, may I know what camera you are using? Mine can go up to iso100 only. Great detail, great shot and lots of patience to set up in a car show.
