Hey all! I haven't been on here in a while - simply because my camera is messing up on me. Argh! Looks like it's time to save for a DSLR! Anyhow, I have been brushing up on my Photoshop skills as of late, (since my camera is not doing so hot) and I believe I've been getting better at them. This is a wallpaper I designed using the cast photos from an old TV show that I watch - The Virginian, (featuring James Drury and Doug McClure). I don't know if any of you guys have ever seen it, but I like it.
Anyhow, I photographed some of the cast photos from the DVD covers, and I found others online. The total result should have a western/grunge look to it. I know it isn't a 'photo', but I'd appreciate some advice on it anyhow. Thanks!

Yes, it is well done. I think I'd make the black region somewhat thinner-less tho...so as to not dominate the overall look. The pictorial collage is very good.


I haven't watched a western in about 40 years (except Blazing Saddles of course Smile...but I did watch 'em as a kid...ie: Bonanza, etc.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
