As per my comments on your other shot. The whites are better conttolled here tho of course. I'd clone out a few of those obvious pimples on her face tho, plus I would also use a little selective lighting on the left side of the face to brighten it a touch, and the same technique to darken the right side which is blowing.
Very quick & easy to do with NX2, and as you are using the D300S...you should be utilizing it's great U-Point features Smile

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
