Cool looking Rat Rod at the 2011 Greazefest show.
Vehicle processed as HDR tone mapped from three exposures, the foreground and grass was layer masked from the EV 0 shot, and the sky/sun was from the EV -3 shot. The tone mapping of the vehicle still retains the shadow detail, even though this was taken into the harsh sun, and has retained the grungy/over the top look that these kind of rat rods deserve.


I've been very, very busy of late, so I haven't had the time to contribute to the site as much as I'd like, so apologies for that, but I'll be dropping in from time to time. Looking forward to catching up on what's been going on.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
