Yeah, I had a "slap your forehead - duh" moment. There is was in Photoshop big as life. Save for web.

lol, Bruce. Yes, photoshop has that option Smile You can also go to image>resize...and enter your pixels there. Either way works. And it's a nice photo too Smile
