I really like the cropping on both these pictures especially this one. The expressions are brilliant too, a really great 'moment' to capture. Unfortunately the focus is not in the right place, leaving the general impression of a blurred picture. Also this black & white version is a bit lacking in contrast. I'm going to do a tutorial on how to convert to black and white very soon. There's more to it than just changing the mode if you want to get the best out of it.
