Not quite night time. I can see light coming in through the window. Nice effect, nice framing but you need a steadier hand or a tripod for this type of shot. A tripod would have allowed you to use a slower shutter speed and therefore a smaller aperture so you could get everything in focus.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
