Thought I would try something I have never tried before... shooting in the dark! Smile


Actually, I was inspired to try this shot by some long exposures of car's tail lights I saw. I happened to have a red pin light, so... there you have it.

This is kinda trippy...quite an interesting effect - I reckon.
I think it would be even nicer IF the glass was a little more clear/pronounced in some way. Not sure how, but to give it a bit more substance - if that makes sense?

KEV - I am considering retrying this one, tonight... maybe a longer exposure... where I will do the light waves in the background, but also take a few seconds to shine the light directly on the glass from the sides to illuminate it, a bit more. Perhaps that'll work...

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
