Hey Mandy, I quite like this photo...it has a certain intrigue to it.
IF it were my shot, I think I would darken/saturate down the sky somewhat to make it look richer - plus I'd crop some (1/2) of it away to make it look even more interesting.


Was that the path William of Orange used when he came storming ashore into Hastings in 1066? Nah!

Thx Kev, I had to take it quickly before the ramblers came back up from the beach onto the path - most inconvenient. I'll have a go at your suggestions a bit later, the sun's out today so we're off to click away.


This was taken at Dungeness - a very unusual place. Lots of interesting things there so we're going to visit again when the weather's better.

Ah, Dungeness - I used to spend my summer holidays in nearby St. Mary's Bay when I was a little kid.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
