Made some Banana Muffins and decided to make an Ad of sorts...I made it all from scratch (including the muffins.)LOL.

They look really appetizing. Which anyone who has tried photographing food will tell you is not easy. Nice work.

Yes, I like this too. It's very well done. The different visual layers and text is definitely appealing from an advertising aspect. We make a lot of home-made muffins...I always use 'turbinado' sugar in baking instead of brown sugar...as it adds a much nicer flavour, plus it's not so heavy as brown sugar.

Kev, I've never heard of "turbinado" sugar, is it only in Canada? These muffins are real good if you like a dense type muffin(like the bread).

Lolly - I've been buying turbinado sugar for at lest 20 years - it's available in any decent supermarket these days, or natura, organic food store.

I prefer the kind that is made into small granuals, not the large ones, it's easier to use/cook with.
