I love this one, it has a very traditional feel to it but in modern clothes.
I would be inclined to try a crop of the right side of the picture as far as the hand. That area of the picture contributes nothing and it would help to balance up the composition.
As a general rule of composition, if you have somebody looking out to the side like this, it is better to have a little more room on the side she is looking towards. That way she does not appear to be looking out of the frame. The same thing applies when you have something moving across the frame, it is better to have a little bit of space for it to move into.
Of course such rules can be broken to very good effect and maybe that was the intention here, perhaps she is supposed to be looking out of the frame. But, if that is the case, then the point needs to be made more dramatically.
Sorry to waffle on, it's still a very good picture.

I really like this shot too, and agree with Geoff's crop suggestion. It might also be interesting to play around with 'deepening' the colours of the woman's clothing (as it's the modern element here)...perhaps strengthen the saturation/hue a little...which migh make a cool contrast from the very soft/pastel like vibe of the face, tree & background. I love the tradiional pose, ambience - but, as it's not 100% that type of pic...it could be interesting to create a dual type of persona & multi-dimentional depth, etc - IF you know what I mean?
