What a beautiful piece of work! I didnt realise the external body of cars were sometimes made of wood - amazing. Looks like Red Oak - do you happen to know what kind it is? Well done, love this one! Smile

I love the wood grain, etc...altho, of course the sharp angle/perspective is extremely tight...I'm not quite sure if I'm looking at a boat or car - LOL!!!

That isn't your fault tho - they obviously pack those cars in rather tight at the shows.

How about doing one car pic with a black background...I bet a red hot rod (for example) would look absolutely stunning with a studio designer look like that.

I agree about the background Kev, but all the reflections on the vehicle would be prohibitive. This pic of mine, for example, if I was to replace the background would be reflecting things that are no longer there. I'm not sure how to get around this kind of problem, short of doing a studio shoot. (and man wouldn't that be fun!) I might give it a whirl with this shot and post in the gallery for any comments or pointers anyone might have.
