Would have been better if you'd gone in close and done a group headshot kinda thing as the facial expressions are all relaxed n happy, etc. This perspective is too far away for me, plus the faces are the main subject matter IMHO.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
