This looks like a beautiful place to be. You have a good eye for composition all your pictures are interesting in one way or another. I like the diagonal here and the picture is well balanced.

As I keep saying day after day on this site, the horizon dips slightly to the laft. I even measured it in case it was me that's going crazy or needed new glasses. The dip is minimal but it is there and I find it unsettling.

Yes, I notice the left-dip too. This shot reminds me of my many travels through SE Asia...that part of the world is so beautiful.

Thank you very much, geoff and kev for your comments. I feel my photos are very amateurish but your comments are very inspiring ang motivating to learn techniques to improve my craft. Forgive for my ignorance, but what do you mean by " the dip"?

The 'dip' means that the horizon slopes down towards the left of the picture. It is easy to correct on the computer and the picture would look so much better if the horizon was level.

Yes, it's only off by a few degrees - but even that small amount...creates quite a wonky effect on the brain. WE humans compensate a lot for all kinds of things - but horizontal abnormality plays havok with our equilibrium.

Although there are so many different objects in the photo - water, sky, mountains, shipd, building, jetty the photo is not too full - I find the composition and colours very balanced. Great photo.
