The colours in this are very pleasing, I like the subject and I like the diagonal of the posts. Two things I don't like, one is the horizon is not level which as you can see from some of my previous posts is something I'm always banging on about. The other is that you have divided the picture almost exactly in half. It would be better to put the horizon further up or down the picture. In this case up so that you divide the picture roughly one third shy and two thirds sea and foreground.


Everyone tilts the horizon sometimes but it is an easy thing to fix on the computer.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
