Once again, nice colours and interesting composition...but the pic has a kind of 'dull' persona - it needs a D-lighting/contrast-levels tweak adjustment.

I'd agree with Kev here. Also, I think the wide-angle lens distortion doesn't quite work here, it's kind of in between what it needs to be -- either a lot more fish-eye to really bow the railings out, or less to straighten them. At the moment it's neither here nor there. Both of the corrections can be easily achieved in Photoshop. I'd also have preferred a much shallowed DoF here to focus right on the railings and blur the background distractions.
