This is a beauty GW. THere looks like there's a bit of a smudge or dust spot or something in the bare blue sky though.
I'm a sucker for HDR and think that a scene like this -- processed very gently -- would have looked great HDR'ed to get some more shape and definition in the clouds and rally bring out the reflections in the water.
There's probably a grad ND filter/polarising filter combo that would have helped too, but it's a really nice scene.
Was this after a flood? because that bush doesn't really look like it should be in the water, and the grass on the bank doesn't look very riverbank-like, which makes me think it's a slight overflow of a stream or something.

Thanks for the encouragement honez. We are having dreadful flooding in parts of ireland at the moment. I went to tis spot this morning and the house you see in the left middle ground is now flooded up to 3 feet. i agree about the HDR and i love it too. But i need a bit more practice with Photomatix. Never seems to turn out the way i want it. Smudge- sensor needs cleaning!!!

I love the way the clouds are reflected, and the house is discreetly tucked away on the side. Great photo.
