One of our orchid plants just came out in bloom so I couldn't resist taking a shot, especially as it takes approx 2 years in between flowerings.
With a little added double effect here.

Lovely shot kev. am a sucker for these macro 'in flower' images. double image works very well. great symmetry on both planes.

I appreciate your comment about the photo and will pay attention furthermore.
Concerning the concept “Indian” I’d like to mention that when in 1492 Christopher Columbus reached for the first time America he thought it was India and gave the name to indigenous people Indians which was left till the recognition of the mistake. Then they have been called American Indian but in the daily round - shortly again Indian. In the country songs you will never hear something else. Nowadays, the name “Native American” has been promoting but it’s turned out that it’s again contradictory. Anyhow, if you tell me how I have to call them it will fill my knowleges.
Just to clarify, Pakistan and India became separate countries not until 1947 when the partition of British India has been performed on the bases of religious demographics. Smile
