I'd cheat a little bit here... I like the composition and framing of the outlying lamps, but I think the central focus (medium sized) lamp would be better placed a little higher and to the left. So, I'd cut it and reposition it using photoshop so it's just a tad to the right and up from centre. Being a nicely uniform background colour, it should be easy to do.
I know some would baulk at such tampering, but *I'd* do it.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
