i know there is something wrong with this pic.can somebody help me please....i,m using paint.net coz photoshop is too expensive for me.

It looks to me like it's out of focus or suffering from camera shake. Which isn't really that surprising at 1/50th of a second and 3x digital zoom on a phone camera.
Obviously, the steadier base you can rest the camera/phone on, the sharper the image will be. I'm really not sure how you set the focus or aperture on these things, but if it's at all possible, then I'd suggest a larger f/number (smaller aperture) so you have the potential to get a larger Depth of field and therefore a better chance of getting things in focus despite the focusing system.
Whitebalance looks to be out a bit, so perhaps that;s something you could fix up in paint.net?

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
