Hi katpammy and welcome to the site. Its nice to see new members coming on line especially those with little experience. Its a great site for enthusiastic new snappers and I hope that you will get plenty of comments to help you on your way. The members will be only too willing to help and there are some excellent photographers here. My advice is to take the critiques for what they are, they won't be aimed at you personally, just advice to improve your shots.
This is my favourite of your uploads - nice composition and good angle. I also like the shot 'Trillium'. However you have not included the EXIF info so cant be sure on some aspects. Are you using processing software? Your shots look cropped from bigger ones. Not sure if you used sharpening before cropping.

Thank you. Some are cropped from bigger ones as you said, and sharpened AFTER cropping. Did not know this made a difference? I am here to learn and be advised!
