Hi kb,
nice shot but the background on the RHS of the image is a touch distracting IMO.
Possibly a step to your right and turning a few degrees to you left would have cut out the end wall so there was only the flaky-paint wall behind her fading of to the right.
I can't really comment on the lighting that much, some of the portrait photogs here might be able to help out there, but it does seem to be a little overexposed on the model's face. Something you might be able to fix up in RAW to get some more tonal depth before post-processing if you shoot RAW.
I'd be tempted to clone out the stray hair across her neck too -- but that'd be just me tinkering in photoshop.

Thanks, honez. I agree about the background. On another photo I cloned out the drainpipe, it was a LOT Of work, I'm not very good at cloning. I'll give it a go on this one....
