Should that be the Schuylkill River?
Not real fond of the composition here, the horizon's in the middle with a lot of wasted sky above. Some of those light patches in the sky look blown too, so less is probably better to lessen that.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
