Please read the top of the homepage, three uploads per day, maximum. If you do not conform to this, all your photos will be deleted.

I'm probably the last guy to suggest anything on the topic, but I've noticed that with a number of your images, that exposure seems to be a bit of an issue.
I see that you set your exposure manually, so in certain situations; you may want to switch to spot metering to take your light readings, and/or double check your histogram.
If you're shooting RAW, you can also regain a few stops via your RAW editing software. However, nothing beats getting your exposure as close as possible in camera and doing your minor creative tweaks in software.
This is all IMHO, of course.

I suggest you choose the best photos and post 2 or 3 of them. One is blown out, some are under exposed and a bit blurry. Or were they intentional done???

I can't understand why anyone would feel the need to up load 44 images all at once. Surely, they know that it will push other members pictures off the main page very quickly, without affording them a reasonable amount of viewing time.
Personally, like kdlaz has suggested above. I think uploads should be limited by the software...so that everyone gets a fair shake. Some people just don't "read" the guidelines at the top of the page and don't appear to be very considerate towards others.
There's absolutely no point in uploading more than say 1-2 pictures every few days...because other members only have the time (or desire) to comment on some images.
In the end, it's just common courtesy...

Must admit i was rather dissapointed that someone would submit such a large amount of pictures.i have not looked at a lot of the pictures as it looked to me that with the stupid copyright logo on them that he was trying to sell these.
Not that they are of a quailty that i would think of buying them.

I still feel guilty when I forget to double check and accidently submit and image over the 1,500 x 1,500 allowed pixels; but now, I'm starting to think that maybe I'm too hard on myself.

I agree that one should allow others a chance to upload/review/and comment...but just to play devil's advocate, perhaps he doesn't speak/read English well. When I first found Geoff's site I was so excited by it I was sorely tempted to upload every photo I'd ever taken, simply because I was new at photography and I wanted feedback. And then I saw the recommendation....Also, it might be helpful to have the request regarding number of photos and their size on the upload photos page as well. I think many people just don't see it at first...

kbirdd,
You may be right...however, English is widely spoken in Bangladesh and it is part of the British Commonwealth I think it would be a good idea for Geoff (if he's listening in) to set the upload amount in his software...as obviously, some folks just don't read and/or adhere to the guidelines.
The bottom-line is, nobody here want to view or post comment on LOTS of photos from the same person...simply coz we only have so much time/etc to be here. So, it's just 'common-sense' to keep the uploads short n sweet.
Personally, I think 1 image per day would be enough...(that's 364 pics per year)...then it would allow all the pics to get a decent 'front-page' air time...as more likely than not...folks don't go searching through buried pages to view people's previous shots...as a rule.

Extremely Sorry friends for uploading more. Honestly speaking, i did not read that rules. Actually I am new and learning photography. When I have seen that there is no limitation for uploading then I uploaded more and more.
Now I am realizing my fault. I should read the rules. From next time I never upload more than 3.
Friends, as a learner I need your help. Actually I do not want buy. I just want to examine my photographs by you. Just want to examine my faults since I can resolve my mistakes and take a good snap.
Thanks to everyone for realizing my first mistake.
