thi one is exactily as the original NEF
while the other as way too much saturation

For this type photo i would have camera on AV mode at aperture of about f18 f20 and Iso of 100-200 and steady camera on tripod or similar.

hi Richingr yes the iso 800 on this pic was only becouse i forgot to change the setting otherwise i alwais use the lowest iso possible
regarding the tripod as far i am concerned there is no need for it if you hold the camera properly and use a fast shutter speed (125 or faster)

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
