Beautiful eyes and expression, but the pose looks a little uncomfortable. Well framed.

This is definitely my pick of the three. Great eye contact, she looks engaged, natural and beautiful.
The others look a bit staged, but this one looks like your model's true personality coming to the fore and not giving off teen 'attitude'.
Personally I'd lose the piercings, but they're not quite as obviously rebel without a cause in B&W.
Might be worth dodging the dark line of her mouth (along the lip line) to blend better with her lip colour.

This is my favorite of the two. you could bump the contrast just a tad I think Smile

Thank you all ver much for your comments...as far as the pose she actually did it on her own..she was holding the rail of a porch and I agree with the contrast kbirdd I did bump it up a bit. The eyes were diffently the focus.
