U know Kev, the colours are so vivid that it takes a couple of secs to oriantate your eyes to see the pic. It must look amazing with them growing wild.

Hey Derek, thang Q for all your comments on my flower shots - mucho appreciated! Yeah, the California Poppy is a very intense colour...it grows along the roadsides & upon any rocky cliff type area...The flowers actually close when it's a cloudy day, and open up wide when it's bright sunshine. The colours are dazzling against the rock backgrounds.
