Great colors here. I could see this being the basis for one of those trite inspirational posters that people hang in their office workspace with catch phrases Like "Progress" or "Teamwork" LOL.

Yes, Rich, safety of the construction workers are more often taken for granted in our country and nobody seems to care. A few months ago, more than 21 construction workers plunged to their death when an construction elevator collapsed due to overloading.

In this photo, no one is wearing a hard hat and safety shoes, scaffolds are unsafe, and the harnesses around their waists are below global standards. We still have a long way to go in terms of global standards on safety.
