Sadie was lying on the floor, with the afternoon sun coming in from the window behind her (that's the slight backlight around her ear at the top). The sun was then reflected off the fireplace doors and cast some light on her snout and eye. I couldn't have planned this if I tried. BTW, she is simply the best dog in the world.

She's 12... Far from a puppy... That cloudy gray film in her eye gives it away. She was pretty athletic in her prime... a great frisbee dog. Her and I would go backpacking for 3 days at a time in our prime. Now we both have trouble getting up in the morning! :/
