Thanks for the reply. Most of my moon shots are done this way:
ISO 100
f/7.1
1/400
200mm focal length
shot hand held

Try it. Will post one if you want to see for reference

Nice to see it's not too over exposed. Nice job. Could do with a bit more exposure, and contrast but not too much. The pink tint is a bit curious but that'd be easily corrected in post.

honez> I saw the pink as well I think when I did the contast/brightness in PS the pink appeared. Mel> I was leaning on the car holding the camera! I will try the seeting you suggest next time. And I got a new tripod soo maybe I can improve! Thanks
