Hi Rich, I really like this...the composition is cool and the sense of depth really strong. I don't normally care too much for B&W scenic shots...but this one I do.
The only thing I find a bit distracting is that your distant horizon is sloping quite a bit to the left...and it's a shame that the left side of the frame is cropped a bit too tight.

Hi rich. Nice. Like Kev said, a bit more of a lean to the right and it'd be great. Being B&W I don't mind the high key look and I think it goes well with the grainy wood of the groynes (f'nah, f'nah).
