Lots of story related to this.I took this photo last month at my grandfathers place in my village. This old woman was one of the neighbours.I have gone there out of some reasons. i was with my cam. Then suddenly I saw this woman taking her lunch.I find it a interesting subject. So i took a shot without the knowledge of that granny because here the old people don't feel free to be photographed, are shy, shout upon, think all these nuisance (even though she knows me) .Now the prob arises....the room was bit dark so I turned on the flash ,there was a fear in my mind if i would be scolded.I made up my mind lets take the photo and face the consequences. As soon as the flash was fired..granny was surprised, confused for a moment. In the mean time I tried my best to make a clean exit but she saw me with my cam and immediately shouted at me just like anything. I stood still was thinking to talk with her, make him understand anything...But I was sure that would even worse the situation as the small are not allowed to say anything against when they are especially talking to elders...considered as a misbehave. So I ran to my home even though she was shouting..

Slowly the sound fades...Ohh!! I was nevous feeling uneasy..It was completely out of my thought that she could come running within 5 mins to complain near my grandmother. And she did.I was scolded upon by my grands, uncles, and the parents.when my mom came to know abt the matter she seized my cam. It was difficult to please her. I was able to get back it with lots of promises....not to do this...that etc

I am sorrry...and will never do it again.

I know you want to continue, to know and read more abt the story..but it is over here. Now you have the permit to move to the next one..but don't forget to put some comments abt this photo and if possible please mention some -how to convince people to take their photo.perhaps an imp aspect of photography and offcouse can't be neglected.Okay.

looked like you used a flash here and she would really be mad with the sudden burst of light without asking for her permission. I very seldom use a flash when doing street photography or photo journalism and I shoot from the hip when I pass them by. If you want them to look at you, ask their permission and show tons of respect. if they disapprove, leave and look for another subject. There might be another more interesting subject at the next corner.
