An interesting ensamble here. I like the composition. It's a pity you didn't use a faster shutter speed and truly capture the motion. This photo actually hurts my eyes looking at it Smile It's a tad dark too IMHO.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
