This picture is the reason to share with you one of the very important to me guidelines I have learned from one of the books of Scott Kelby - "if you want to create some serious visual interest, you have to shoot from an angle we don't see every day".
I hope you took this picture standing while passing by the subject. That is what everybody seeing when is passing by it. I would try to shoot from the left bottom corner upward following the diagonal or something like that.
