I don't like the text here...simply coz it draws my eyes to it...when I should be looking at the image itself. The white postcard border is OK tho.
I think with this one the blurred water line in the foreground is a tad confusing visually. I know you wanted depth...but I think a faster speed to capture those waves sharply would have been better here. The overall composition is nice too.
