Nice DOF! The cute lil' kitten here is sharp in all the right places!


With animals, you are kind of at their whim to a certain degree... however, I would have liked the adorable little fella to be just a little further from the wall, so we could have had him a little more isolated. I find the wall rather distracting.


But, in the end, it all comes to personal preference, and this photo in no way is a bad one! You're getting better with every shutter click.

If your monitor is calibrated properly you should see sixteen distinct tones from white to black.
