Link back to main site?

This may be like a silly question, but if I click a link from the main site to get to the forum, it seems like there's no way to get back except cycling through the Back button on my browser or pulling down the link from my browser favorites menu.

Is there an easy way that you can add a link to http://www.geofflawrence.com/index .htm from the forum pages? I feel like I'm in one of those lobster traps, you can get in, but can't get back out.

Yeah, this whole 'plain vanilla' theme is only temporary, until I get time to re-do the templates.
