on 4th aug12 i uploaded two photos with keyword as VILLAGE and NETS through upload system of the site and it finally said that they were uploaded successfully but in reality they are not being shown till date in members' gallery n my photo !!!!

can someone help me WHY ????

I am confused n upset as i never faced such problem earlier or i never needed to resize my pic to level 1500x15000 .

resizing should be an auto action of the uploading device...

Although it's not absolutely compulsory to resize to less than 1500 pixels, you will find that the whole thing works much better if you do.
