Can someone show me how to use this command? What's this fuzziness slider all about?

I just had a quick look at it, I've never used it before. It's another way of making selections that will work well on a picture that has a block of color that is quite different to the rest of the scene, like a red car on grass for instance. In order to use it, you just click the eye dropper on the color you want to select. The fuzziness slider allows you to include a range of colours as no object in real life is a solid color, there are always shades.

As I said, it will only be really useful when you have a lot of color contrast in the scene.
